doesn't really make a difference but the aesthetics of my chest are ruined

i had like a really deep one. Surgery helps fully if u havent grown yet i think. Cuz i did it made it not as hollow but slightly and before surgery i just had trouble breathing so i couldnt workout or hike. Even talking at some point was hard constantly catching breath

i think they do surgery at almost any age
at least till 30
