After appendectomy it's been really hard to piss as all the lower abdomen muscles were really tense. And I feel like it never completely went away. High pressure piss creates thousands of VISIBLE droplets ricocheting from the toilet and it's way worse with pissoirs. But my ejaculations can fly for meters long so whatever I guess
