Is penile shrinkage from finasteride permanent? I used to have 6.75 inches but on finasteride I usually am ~5.5 inches as well as smaller girth. My veins are also much smaller and the head of my dick kind of lost its shape. I also lost rigidity in general. If this isn’t a larp its probably not structural change you just aren’t getting hard properly

If you’re still capped at a smaller size afterwards maybe go to a doctor for some scans
