Hello. I'm half white and half asian guy. I have for my whole life suffered from below average penis length and girth. This routine won't be fast to see results but use this method and routine for 6 months EVERYDAY and take nitric oxide and L-citrulline supplements and also why not red light therapy and BPC 157 to recover the tissues back faster.
I designed a routine and a method that I am trying currently and for the next 1 year to try to elongate and thicken my penis.
Here is the routine:
4 sets of 10 min penis pumping at the hardest level you are able to do. Atleast 10 minutes but may also go for 30 minutes per one set
8-18 mins of soft clamping and 3 sets of those
After those go to squat pose and manual penis extending stretch 10 minutes as long and as many times you want in a day. [Must Do EVERYDAY] with left or right hand and squatting on warm ground like in the picture below for static stability:
