You stupid fucking retard. Calories are a measure of energy defined in terms of heat. That doesn't make them heat. Like a gram used to be defined as ""the absolute weight of a volume of pure water equal to the cube of the hundredth part of a metre [1 cm3], and at the temperature of melting ice." That doesn't make a gram water, does it? DOES IT? You can have a gram of other things besides water. Ask if you need some examples. I know this requires you to push your little 80IQ cerebrum to its absolute limit to grasp but please try and understand this.
