Mt1, use tret and estriol cream along with basic skincare maybe ghk. Very Basic stuff but will make u look less “sick” and pale

Yes i love la roche posay i was gonna recommend that one but i think its more expensive. But anything from that brand is good i use them for my cleanser and moisturizer. But do be careful there is a lot of bs and not all of the products are effective. Just make sure you pick the right ones
