People getting taller in their 20s, 30s, and 40s?

So I saw a video and there were a lot of people commenting under it saying they grew taller even in their 40s?

1. Do you think all of this is due to their posture correction? A lot of people also said their trousers got shorter so I guess they were actually growing?
2. If you get taller by posture correction can u keep that height forever?
3. What actually causes these growth spurts?

realistically its hard to grow even after 16. Most of the shit you hear about height is kind of a meme. Even hgh unfortunately :/

no they didn't say everyone can grow taller at 45. They just said it's possible to have late growth spurts in ur 40s. its just rare
