Isn't the concept of getting a jaw with HUGE bone density/mass in effort to off-set the ptosis in one-eye rather stupid and flawed? Since it's basically you enhancing what's average instead of treating what is ultimately a failo to the overall facial harmony of the face?

The side marked with the blue arrow is angular. The one with the red arrow is rounder. I'm not sure how important that is, but it is something that could be worth to check if it can be improved.

Also one thing real-quick. If you watch the video back again. See the first side-profile I show the camera. It's slightly downward grown. The second side-profile shown to the camera is more forward grown. Therefore one side of my maxilla's is recessed. If you look even at the front view, you can see that one side is better developed than the other and less full.

Everything on the righht side is worse. Obviously as you are quite aware of as having discussed this with me the other day. Would I be good to look at repositioning of the maxilla and mandible bones in order to give it a better developed look? If the ptosis correction isn't enough to remove that asymmetrical front look?

I don't really know any but when you try some around get one with a good limbal ring as that's an aesthetic halo and adds to contrast and lacking it tends to make the contacts look unnatural along with the dead-dilated looking pupils

I'm very likely going to get it in the 1.5-2 years later time frame.

what no one has pointed out is that your nose (particularly it's shape & projection) is what make you look particularly 'indian'

as per your maxilla asymmetry, funnily enough your slightly recessed side is the one with the more angular jaw. Something to keep in mind when relaying your case to a surgeon.

Ptosis + rhino would give you the most substantial increase in harmony/ looks I'd say. Especially given the relatively low effort recovery compared to bimax.

If you're planning to get surgery I'd suggest blepharoplasty for fixing droopy eyelids. Just photoshop yourself and see how much a tight straight lower eyelid will improve your face. Also you need some minor fixes like skincare and all that basic stuff
