I trained so fucking hard for 1 year slept and ate right

I’ve been trying to get consistent in the gym since early 2023 but finally was consistent in sep 2024 till now

I’m obviously bulking now properly now that I’m on test

Bulking does make it easier to put on muscle. Speaking from experience when I was fat. I was going into the gym and setting PRs every week when I was fat

I was going into the gym and setting PRs every week when I was fat
For PRS, sure

its why strongmen are high BF

Fat helps for extra leverage

Im talking purely for hypetrophy

Bulking is completely unnecessary

and a waste of time

Probably yeah. I personally have been gymcelling for 4 years. I was always a skinnyfat-fat kid and Did gymaxxing for a year with decent gains and then stopped doing cardio and started eating junk food and sitting in room doing freelance work and attending interviews while going to the gym. I gained a lot of fat yes but also muscle. This went on for 1.5 year and then i started cutting since last year to where I am now. 85-86 kilos and retained most of my strength and muscle. I want to get down to 82 kgs and then do maintenance from there.

Yes because I have pajeet genetics can’t change that
I personally have no problem gaining weight it is losing it that is very hard for me.

Maingaining is superior if ur already lean (12-15% looks very good and is very sustainable for everyone IMO)

Bulking is just low iq shit

Literally intentionally lowering SMV for no added benefit UNLESS u wanna be a powerlifter

U can even still build plenty of muscle in a defecit

As long as ur frequency is every other day for every muscle, and just train intelligently in general

And u dont lower carbs on ur cut, as the depleted glycogen will result in lost strength and therefore muscle

gym is deadass probably the most effective softmaxx

i mean still progress bro not doubting that but it may be subpar. reevaluate all components (sleep, diet, training). experiment with different things. at the end we all have diff genetics
