People on Accutane / Isotretinoin, How much do you dose weekly/daily?

If just taking it for maintenance, eg. to prevent breakouts / with roids, then 10-20mg daily

No im doing great with tretinoin, some kid in class today told me hes on 40mg a day and I was like holy fuck cuz i thought you only needed like 20mg a week , thread is mainly to satisfy my curiosity.

I was on it last year and I’m going to hop back on soon hopefully (doctor prescribed)
I was on 40mg2x/day and my only side effect was the drying which was realllyyyy bad

I used to get nosebleeds all the time, nose would be scabbed, have flaky dry skin. Worst was my lips

Yeah my derm said that’s the highest dose she gave out but I had bottom 1% acne and wanted to get red of it quick.
Hopefully will do a more tolerable 20mgx1/2 this spring/summer

accutane is too fearmngored, sides are not too crazy, just dryness, and used to have insane amounts of boogers. accutane is th best when youve gotten so much in your system so i think doing a lot is ideal. still dont know if im gonna microdose after but we will see what my skin looks like. and also as you go higher up in cumalitive dose i feel it gets easier to go on higher doses.

don't have any face acne but was using 20mg/day for body acne from TRT and general youth/collagen, switched to 40mg and results are easily 2x better especially on the youth/collagen aspect as long as i stay moisturized

yes bro. accutane is the holy grail, rarely get pimples and if i do they go away in 2 days. whats ur total dose rn. im at like 7.5k.

I have 300 20mg pills and im 2/3rds done with that so around 4k, going to do another 300 pills so will finish at 12k (i weigh 190lbs)

probably nothing since didn't have facial acne before accutane, just took it for its collagen/antiaging benefits, a tiny bit of shoulder acne (gone now) and primarily a ton of test-induced glute acne

never even had a foid call out the glute acne during sex but sometimes it hurts when i incline bench, thats essentially the only reason why im on it lmao

Beginning of Cyle 120 mg for two weeks then I dropped by 30 mg every 2 weeks

I currently run either 30 mg daily or 60 mg

It just depends on how I'm feeling
