i guess if you get really fat it can become an issue, but most people are still lacking fat even after fat transfer unless you get multiple sessions.

In regards to the bloated look i've heard that it's actually beneficial if you are a bleph candidate because the fat that naturally occurs in your undereyes being on the top layer will create a more natural look as opposed to the transferred fat which might look weird. So having the fat repositioned and then putting the transferred under it for extra volume is the best way. This could be wrong though I haven't seen any proof but I read it somewhere and it seems rational.
