i would put frame at same spot as height. Or not just frame but overall body. You see, height, just having top of your head high is one thing but being overall big and aestheric is one thing.

Leg, arm lenght and frame proportions (shoulder to waist, waist to hip) are important for body aesthetic. 2nd thing is your actuall size, raw width of bidletoid, wrist and ankle size, feet and hand size.
