The only way is probably Surgery. I think there are no Serums, Pills or Creams for Mole removal. So if you did a surgery how was the experience. And does every removal leave back a big ass scar

There is - Black Salve works perfectly on moles. Even strong stuff you can buy on amazon works, though it has to burn/kill the mole until the entire thing drops out (most of the mole can be pretty deep in the skin

, so surface burning or cutting isn't sufficient)
