if you’ve used tropical minoxidil on your eyebrows, have you noticed a reduction in your upper eyelid fat / a decrease in the amount of hooding you have?

Apologies if it's not related to the thread but does minoxidil cause pigmentation? I asked my dermatologist about it and he said it could. Anyone had any experience with it?
