People underestimate how tall 5'9"-5'10" is

Everybody lies so much, that we all seem to forget how tall a legit 5'9"-5'10" can look with the right proportions... A true, barefoot 5'9" not counting his hair can pass as 6'0" wearing a pair of Air Max 720.

Maybe I'm biased because I live in Argentina, but the times I've been to the US, most men looked around the 5'9" range not much more than that. It was full of manlets. Women weren't that tall either, the tallest ones being around 5'11" WITH HEELS. So a legit, unfrauded, barefoot, mid-day, hairless 5'10" guy could pass as well above average.

Thing is everybody on Twitter and IRL lies about height, so it's distorted.

I live in East Coast US can confirm its 5'10-5'10.5 for young white or black men and a little shorter counting everyone. for older generations it's only slightly shorter excluding elders. I disagree though though my father is about 5'9.5 and a little under 5'10 at his prime and could never pass for 6'0 unless he was frauding with elevator shoes or lifts. his brother is 6'0 and the difference isn't miles away but it isn't nothing either
