After i adopted better habits and basically just ate as clean as possible (on a surplus of course) my dimo went up

Yea ppl just jump straight into androgens and dont even try to max out their natrual potential “oh aromatase inhibitors will make sure my puberty doesnt end early” yea but get as healthy as possible jfl i do plan on hopping on soon tho
