Cough strategy is law.
You won't feel anything if u stab the needle quickly (but precisely ofc) and cough at the same time. This is hard to master tho u gotta try a few times and will mess up the timing or shit at first

No, when I used to get shots during my check ups i’d get scared and tear up (JFL) and the doctors used to just tell me to cough and I won’t even feel the needle go in and that shit worked everytime

From my personal experience id say second method has a higher success rate of not being found by your parents. I don’t know the layout of your room or what even is in your room but you could also tape the ziplock and put it on blind spots under your bed or just under your bed in general, in the garage works too but it’s just not convenient jfl. I’ll add some ways in the thread
