If you care too much about the digits the psychologists tried to simplify the complexity of human's cognitive functions, you will end up spending time reading psychology and social "science" books instead of putting your time and resources to process activities that actually utilize your cognitive prowess like solving linear algebra problems, learning quantum mechanics and crack hard programming questions (aka doing the hard science) Let your works speak for themselves.

A scientist who discovers life-saving drugs is way more useful to the society than some random online dude who says he got 130 on an online IQ test.

But I won't deny that IQ data is still important in the military recruitment, for example. My point is that the obsession with IQ digits is unproductive and will get you nowhere.
