You should self study the term 'addiction' you don't get addicted only to hard drugs or play with your penis.
You must have really bad self-control if you get addicted to a website. In that case I dont think its an addiction but rather a lack of meaningful events, activities and friend circle that is the issue.
It's still an addiction no matter the circumstances, you try to run away and that's the one thing that ''cure'' your brain for the moment. if you simply can't close the site and you feel a strong urge to come back, well..
Fair enough. What causes the addiction, in this particular case? Reacts could cause it. This website is too non-personal for me to develop and real feelings towards anyone that would warrant a substitute for actual real-life engagement.

I guess people somewhat understand each other, even on a surface level. most people here think that looks is the most important thing in life, that's the one thing that holds them back, and posts about looks is all you got here for the most part. they notice the sharing suffering of the same problems. also this forum design is pretty dam good, and the photos and avi halos sure ain't make it any easier.
both are kinda right but yeah an actual addiction w drugs for example isnt comparable to browsing an incel ridden shitfest tbh.
