Human beings were never ment to live comfortable lives. If you wanted to eat you had to go hunt. You had to get faster stronger and smarter. That’s how biology works, it’s that simple.

Lol not wanting to improve is genetic, all of our lives are determined by your genes, so it's stupid to resent people if they don't do what you want to see.

You remind me of The Grinch
The Grinch, despite his initial bitterness and misanthropy, serves as a surprising example of the benefits of self-reflection and personal growth. Through his journey, he comes to realize that his unhappiness isn’t caused by the joy of others but by his own internal struggles and isolation. By reflecting on his actions and their impact on Whoville, he transforms into a kind and caring figure, embracing community and love. His story reminds us that even the most hardened hearts can change when they take a moment to introspect, showing how self-reflection can lead to profound personal transformation and a richer, more connected life.

Forceful rigorous self improvement is like masturbating till your dick gets bloody and destroyed and then it stops working at all.
Put some effort into your looks and socialize. That's it, as far as dating is concerned.
Besides that, do what you want to do.
If you want to grind like a dog, get a PhD and discover the graviton, then do that.
If you want to grind like a bitch for the chance of becoming a gigamillionaire, then do that.
If you're fine working a cozy stress free 9-5 job that pays 60k/year, then do that.
If you have the ideal parents and setup and want to neetmaxx, then do that.
