most people get it done in the tear trough and get medium results, is that just because you lose a lot of fat in the under eyes or is it maybe because fat just cant fully fix it? Would leaning out to an unhealthy amount like 7-8% bf for the procedure and then going back to your regular 12-15% bf be a good idea to hold as much fat as possible? I know people say to be very lean for this procedure but has anyone taken it to the extremes? @SteveRogers @yussimania @tweaqo

I read foids getting that 3 times and then became happy with the results. I agree that 1 time is not enough, needs to be done 2-3 times.

Currently 3 months and 2 weeks in, noticably more volume in the undereyes. I made the mistake of getting this done at around 15% bodyfat which is way too high. Currently cutting to 10% bodyfat so gonna be interesting to see if everything will die. Been cutting for the last 2 weeks and noticed some accelerated fat loss in the graft already from that, but the result seemed very stabile from month 2->3 when i stayed at the same weight. I also tend to proportionally lose abdomen fat fast when i get leaner and they took the graft there, which is not ideal.

Gonna very likely do a fat grafting round 2 in the summer after my genio at as low of a bodyfat as possible to retain as much fat as possible.
