i haven't ascended but it depends on how you look like, if you're a 1 PSL or lower then it's over for you, just know your place, try to moneymax, gymmaxx and idk what to say, maybe try surgeries.
If you're fat, lose weight and you'll see a great difference. If you're really skinny just gymmaxx for like a year at least. Then you can take care of your hygiene, get a good haircut, start grooming your eyebrows and beard if you have one, etc. Unironically work on your personality as well if you're not that ugly. If you have severe acne try accutane.
Everything depends on your problem, post your face and whether to looksmax or rope.

Edit: leave this forum by the way, it will only destroy your self-esteem, keep coping, you'll never see life the same way after swallowing the black pill.
