People who have improved eye area please help me

I’m naturally super blonde so I’m debating what I need to do with my eyebrows. I know I need minoxidil but I don’t know where to get it so where are you guys getting it? Orally in the us requires a prescription

I also am kinda clueless on what to do about my cantal tilt I’ve been doing hard squinting but only recently

if u cant get minox orally get topical, canthal tilt is only fixable structurally by surgery. dye your lashes dark brown and your eye brows also not too dark. mirin eye colour

I don't know about because my eye area isn't the best but I've heard people doing canthus cutting DIY , get a needle and just start picking at the skin. Don't be to aggressive because you'll become blind if you fuck up. Also use eye drops after
