goatee way too wide, narrow it down a little. Use products for your hair like a pomade+sea salt spray or even get a perm, looks like you have mild acne so use 0.025 tret 3x a week, debloat for a less puffy face and that's the bare minimum there's a lot more but this alone will make a noticable difference

Oral minoxidil for eyelashes (eyebrows already good thickness, might have to shape up with minoxidil), bonesmash zygos and maybe chin I can't tell if it's recessed, and even a step further aas
