I got an overbite since 2014 since I was 10,I am 21 now.What type of Bimax jaw surgery is needed in my case.the side pics are taken with my bite closed.Downgrafting CCW ,normal advancement,normal ccw,or CW rotation?

ortho might not, they only understand teeth. But you have to talk to the surgeon about it obviously to make sure, it's your face.

men an women have different noses, so no, your tip might get upturned a little, but the hump is gonna stay, youll need rhino for that, although yours is not bad

never read anything about these expanders as my palate is alright, sorry cant advice. But if you cant fit your tongue prolly worth it

to a surgeon, and he will refer you to an orthodontist he works with for decompensation. But first make sure his plan is good, should be similar to what i said.

cw for your mandible slight ccw for your lefort and ofc it would be the best to receive maximal advancement with both

The only angle that will change is your mandibular plane angle which is more important anyway

Okay well that doesn’t matter because bimax can’t change it unless you are doing a custom Osteotomy at the ramus/jaw angle which there is no point in doing that for you.

So no change in GA
