i know mk677 is cope, but i already bought a few packs. how should i take em? 10 mg daily? 20? at night? at day?

what are your goals and why are you using MK for them?
'optimizing' height-growth and craniofacial growth, i can't pin because my situation is ultra tight in the sense where i can't hide them anywhere nor do it anywhere, but ive done efforts to convince my parents to get mk. now i have it, and i keep seeing posts on how it doesn't really do much of a difference. but i have to use it anyway, i saved up for awhile.


p.s srry for the late reply. im trying to recover my old acc and keep logging off to try to log in to the old one.
