I am planning to run hgh 4 IU for 4 months with aromasin (18.5) mg and 250 mg test. I will run the aromasin and test for like a year and look if i am happy with the results. My question is if i should add anything else.

you are low-iq degenerate, educate yourself. There is no point of hopping off test. AI is literally useless unless your e2 is on higher end. Anyways 250test will never put your e2 to the point u need ai, unless you are 50% bf

It isnt necessarily for the test it is so i can maybe extend my time to grow. I get your point tho.
