So yesterday I reconstituted mt 1 and Reta and put them in my fridge. Days later when I get back from a trip they are frozen. Are they still usable if they are thawed or am I cooked?

Much less potent or like 5% less? It'll probably be less potent but fine to use
Where did you get these numbers from?MT - 5-10%
Reta - 20-30%
At worst

Happens to the best of us, And yeah there still usable just defrost them or wait for them to unfreeze. So yesterday I reconstituted mt 1 and Reta and put them in my fridge. Days later when I get back from a trip they are frozen. Are they still usable if they are thawed or am I cooked?
Freezing causes small ice crystal and depending on how delicate the the amino acid chains are it can break it down significantly more compared to others. So thats just a rough estimate on how bad it could get based off of some studies I read in the past about it when the same thing happened to meWhere did you get these numbers from?
I once took my pre filled Mt1 syringes to the gym in an insulin cooler (the mt1 froze, and it was only for about two hours) I let it thaw briefly and injected it anyway, wanting to take it before a tanning session. When I injected it, I didn t even get the usual MT1 flush (it was 800mcg normally, I get a flush even from just 200mcg).
