look for a grey market source i get 100mgs of reta for less than that bac water

Draw 3ml bac water and deposit it into the 30mg reta vial
= 30mg/3ml
= 10mg/ml solution

So if you want to pin 2 mg one week you draw .2ml from the reta vial into the syringe, if you want 5 mg you draw .5ml etc

You don't need that much bac water btw lmao just get one vial of water

it depends you should start at 1mg a week and see how you respond some people tolerate it a lot better and it doesnt just make you lean you still need to eat right it just makes it a lot easier.
