Recently severely sprained finger. Looking to get back into the gym as quickly as possible. Drop any peptides/supplements or wtv that can speed up this healing process (ligament/tendon). Would appreciate any personal anecdotes with these compounds too.
Ive obviously heard about some but we're continously told about how dangerous they could be. Is this concern valid or fear mongering just due to lack of human clinical trials?
