supplements for anxiety & sleep

been borderline insomniac recently running on 5 hours of sleep a day, its giving me hella fatigue and brainfog.
what supplements will help me, i know of magnesium but thats kinda it, ive also got chronic cortisol all the time cuz im
a mentalcel which doesnt help, any suggestions?

tl;dr

cant sleep, need supplement suggestions. :feelsokman:

try ashwagandha and 10mg melatonin before sleep

Propranolol and 100mg of melatonin.

try ashwaganda and melatonin ashwaganda didnt really do anything for me but yeah

melatonin 3mg is a very good dose(cycle it),magnesium glycinate or glycine,ashwaganda(only shoden and cycle it because it can act as an antidepresant)
