All prescription medication, your skin won't be as good with anything else.
For treatments, CO2 lasers are best (in terms of scars).

Finish a full course of isotret first (measure your accumulative dosage, take it everyday), then start with tretinoin and azelaic acid. Start using them once every two days, and then when your skin has moved past retinization, start using it everyday. You can use it for years.

If i stop taking it I lose the progress, like I need to do them everyday?

There are a few. So I use la roche posay's spf50 and moisturiser which I feel good along with tret and azelaic acid from skinorac so I can recommend that.

isotret, after you're done with that stick to tretinoin or just low dose it, then use a concealer and bb cream. dont forget your spf and cleanser and moisturizer
