The fat of the periorbital area of your eyes matter a ton, it is almost the most important feature of your eye area. It matters because it decides of your hooding, your tilt, even your coloring (even periorbital fat will distribute color, hiding dark circles or redness) and your wrinkles.

Quick exemple of Good hooding vs Bad hooding.

(I know the woman on the right could have better hooding, i personally think this one is ideal.)

I picked women for this exemple but this obviously applies for both genders.

There are many possible causes for either low periorbital fat or hollow periorbital, but the most common are :

Chronic dehydration :
high sodium intake, dehydrates the skin and gives a skinny look. For the 45kg incels.
Genetics :
If your beautiful mother has it, sadly you prob have it too.
Aging :
orbital fat pads atrophy.
Rapid weight loss :
facial deflation.
Excessive use of fat burning agents/stimulants :
Such as e.g., clenbuterol, ephedrine, etc. This is for the crazy niggas that inject those in themselves at home.
Others :
Sleep, hypothyroidism, inflammation/allergies, smoking. (causes dehydration, swelling, etc)

There are supplements that can help. I don't really believe in skincare (since i think diet is key) and I won't promote vollufiline because I think it's cope but skincare can help tonify and help with skin density (not as much as i'd like to think, it's mostly placebo).

Collagen supplements :
For skin I would recommend eating meat instead, a good bioavailable source that can actually assimilate properly, not with the supplements.

Iron :
Fixes anemia (anemia causes dark circles). Raw liver will do the trick.

Vitamin C :
Skin quality. I would recommend getting it naturally from fruits or animal sources.

K2 and D3
Improves calcium placement for bones generally, could have a minor effect on orbital. I would recommend eating meat to get it naturally.

Here I will put most surgeries or fillers to fix hollowness or lack of fat in the eye area.

Fillers :
Fills the hollow, lasts 6–12 months. Risk: Tyndall effect, migration
Screen

Before/after under eye fillers.

Infraorbital Implants :
Permanent solution for severe bone deficiency or lack of infras obv.

Before/after implants. Results are truly life changing.

Upper Blepharoplasty :
Removes excess upper eyelid skin which leads to a more alert look. Can fix 'negative hooding'

Amazing results. Fixes the weird stare.

Lower Eyelid Filler/Lift or Fat Transfer :
Restores orbital volume with fat or filler

Rejuvenated. Eye bags are gone.

Laser Resurfacing :
Tightens under-eye skin and improves skin tone.

Eye bags and wrinkles are minimized. Good results.
