ngl i dont know a fix, ive never seen a young person with those, usually its due to a collagen loss in older people, but i doubt that would be ur issue

theyre not really an issue but they piss me off whenever i take selfies since the light from my phone makes them visible, more annoying than anything

slight shinyness/oil can make them seem worse, sometimes oil blotting with a tissue or blotting paper can help a bit.
