Been perma jutting for 2 years. Is there anything that will happen in the long-term that negatively impacts my jaw ?

I believe it can cause TMJ in the long run. If I'm not mistaken.

My ortho said that it can give TMJ problems. You need to correct your bite via braces and potentially jaw surgery if you have breathing issues and malocclusion.
