Has anyone permanently microdosed accutane?

I was thinking about doing so for a variety of issues, but my acne just keeps coming back, even after large accutane doses.

just look into topical retinoids or anti-androgens (like spironolactone or finasteride) .. maybe something might not be right with ur hormone levels

I'm on Taz already.

I have other skin issues like folliculitis (including on my scalp), that tbh the only thing that works to help it is accutane.

I think people say if it's a bad case of acne you have to use a lot of accutane.

Take 40mg isotretinoin for 6 months and maintain results with topical retinoids / dutasteride.

You will never get acne again

Over the course of my life, I've taken 4 courses, a total of 25 months of 80mg a day.
Used taz and tret, anti biotics, etc.

I just have to be on a perma low dose
