At 18 I decided to start permajutting figuring that it would grow my jaw forward.

4 years later and it actually worked

Heres pics of my bite alignment maximally retruding my jaw. If you look closely the lower set of molars sit slightly more forward

Its a small difference. Probably 2mm, but its there and my teeth do not click together the same as they use to

Ive used it for muscle growth and cutting, but quit a couple weeks ago out of fear of developing sleep apnea

I havent been keeping track of my bite too closely lately. But my bite didnt feel like this half a year ago
