So to start this whole thing me and another guy, we've been bonesmashing for almost 2 years we seen results, we maintained various diets (sugar diet, primal, raw milk...etc) the difference is in the results while my friend grew bones with a small amount of redness I have a clear look of redness in my bone area and I stopped bs my cheekbones for 8 months rn and that hematoma or swelling didn't vanish the thing that confuses me is why did the results differ between me and the other guy like what kind of genetic or hormonal reason behind that if there's a study about this drop it below , I've seen Blakespeaks video but I didn't hear him talk about this thing cuz some people may grow bones some may have a permanent hematoma but the thing is....
WHY?

Firstly, you're an idiot. Secondly, since it's a bone bruise it can persist for months though all bruises heal eventually unless you have some kind of disorder with blood clotting/platelets or are on specific medications.

Describe the bruise

Describe the bruise
It's hard just to touch it but when u slightly press on it it gets kinda soft and there's a small area where the bruising is slightly bigger but it's only noticable if u touch it

Sounds most likely like a bone contusion or bruise, though might be a small hemosiderin staining which happens when blood cells break down after trauma & the iron pigment gets left in skin/tissue, google them & have a look.

That's maybe what happened in my case even tho I won't go to a doctor unless it's dangerous or life threatening,it looks like I have a lymphatic drainage thing on my cheekbones, but if that what happened to me why did my friend had different results

:lul::lul: not really I've seen his video a day or so after he uploaded it but I've been thinking about it and comparing it to my case

Bonesmashing is not real, yes according to wolf's law bones adapt to the stresses placed on them. This only applies to physiological, cyclic stress in a small range(small pressures). When ur bonesmashing ur quite literally just hitting yourself in the face randomly with inconsistent force, your body sees that as damage & just heals it. As for your friendy prolly puberty or other methods he might be trying.

I forgot to mention I've been doing a lot of push ups and pull ups , my grip is also swelled and red even though I quit working out for 3 months it never fully recovered it may increased endurance but never lost the pigmentation
