permanent red patch in sclera (white part of the eye)

i have a medium sized red patch in the white part of my right eye. It's been there for 3 years+ now due to an injury and It's a massive failo.

Is there anything I can do to remove it

My vision is fine and the rest of my sclera is white and healthy btw
