Hey guys, 2 month lurker, this is my first post on this forum so, bear with me.
I’m going to try and break down the failos I am able notice. I would really appreciate any ratings, advice on hard/softmaxes or primary issues to address.
Failos In Appearance Top Down
Front Profile (2/10)
1. Hairline
- Not Receding but definitely on the more unflattering side (probably wouldn’t get a procedure unless there is significant opinion that I should)
2. Eye Area
A. High set eyebrows, unevenly set
B. Ptosis: Large amount of Upper Eyelid Exposure
i. Nerve issue (eyelids don’t cover same area)
C. Negative Canthal Tilt
D. Bad Infraorbitals
E. Poor Overall Undereye support, very high amount of scleral show
3. Nose
A. Deviated Septum
B. Dorsal Hump (I don’t really have an insecurity around this or think it’s a major failo, but I’m listing to acknowledge other consider it to be one)
4. Poor Overall Midface Area
- Bad Facial Fat Distribution (I’ve never reached below 11% Body Fat, but even as I get leaner the distribution remains terrible)
5. Weak Zygos
6. Weak Gonions
A. Subpar facial width
B. Jaw Asymmetry
Side Profile (2.5/10)
1. Terrible Maxillary Projection
2. Decent Ramus Height but poor Projection/Distinction
3. Very poor jaw/chin projection
These are the main things I’ve identified without any outside opinion or courses
If I had shorter hair I think I legit would be unapproachable.
Any constructive feedback would be really appreciated
This is going to be a big cope list but, I think the procedures I would benefit from the most include:

This is going to be a big cope list but, I think the procedures I would benefit from the most include:
- Bimax (High Lefort I) [I know every gray says this]
- Blepharoplasty + Canthoplexy
- Infraorbital implants + Fat Grafting
- Rebirth/Reincarnation
