Ive been pinning it for a few weeks and I've recently noticed quality in my skin texture, If ur worried about not getting enough face benefits don't be. If u pin you get systematic benefits of it. Id recommend pinning if you can but serum and stamping wouldn't be bad I've heard a lot about it.

Pin subq there are visual examples online but I use stomach fat because there is so much space. among your abs you can separate it into 4 quarters to pin in each area
