This is me now does anybody know ways i could improve pfl and chin to philtrum ration? Also lmk if there are any other simple things I can improve. Thanks!

To fix pfl u need tripod osteotomy combined with medial wall implants
And ur ipd is dog shit u need obe
And for ctp u need a genioplasty cuz i don't think ur philtrum is that long
