Use it for positive interactions to fix abused dog syndrome. IMO there is no hope except exposure therapy with drugs for isolated individuals, you just have to be responsible. Low iq individuals stay away you will get addicted.

300-500mg 1-3 times a month I have very low tolerance to gaba drugs, I don't take it as much because I don't need it anymore. I take it mostly now for high-stakes social events like meeting new people, first dates, or job interviews.

legally need script, and it's not that good, I find it more sedating. Phenibut lowers inhibitions and also raises dopamine a bit.
