Phenibut Headache

I took 2g phenibut for the first time ever yesterday before going out with a girl.

Suddenly I started to feel weird and a bit like I was about to pass out. I managed to handle abit of pain.

But when I came home I got a tremendous headache and layed for hours.

What is wrong? I didn’t eat before 3 hours and after either.

Either decrease the amount you take or eat something small before taking it, and continue adjusting till it doesn't happen

I have good indication it was maybe dehydration. I drink enough usually but this time I woke up in the morning and piss was completely yellow. I also heard it dehydrates tremendously so I will make sure to drink 2 litres before going out with it next times.

This is probably it. Before I took phenibut I looked up other people's experiences with it, and one guy said that you should always drink water while on phenibut or you'll get a bad headache
