Phenibut is like night and day in terms of confidence

Did so much better on my date. Like not even an ounce of anxiety and I was having fun. Talked to people with pure confidence and controlled every social situation. Started conversations with random people because it makes me love to talk. Phenibut changed my life because it doesn’t just help me in situations when I’m on it, but it is also the reason I met people and made a lot of friends that I will have forever now. It also makes me better at being sober for the next time I’m in that social situation or on a date.

Confidence is just a requirement to even talk to a girl. What matters is being fun and high energy adding value to her experience. She wants someone to do cool stuff with and lead the interaction. Wow finally someone who sees my point. I am above average looking but not Chad by any means. I am 6 foot and on a steroid cycle so I am getting a better and better physique. I am getting colored contacts and am using 3 inch elevator shoes so hopefully once I am done with my cycle and leanmaxx I will be Chadlite but for now I am 6.5/10 probably.

There's just something about your mood/energy/game that make such a big difference once you're in that above average but not Chad category. I noticed women responding so much better to me when I'm on Phenibut and in that positive state of mind. I cannot figure it out. For me right now my success feels very random. One night I'll take phenibut, be in an amazing mood, and get Chad like results and the next night I will get nowhere and get ignored the whole time. I definitely need to work on my game and figure out how to have better conversations, be higher energy, etc. on a consistent basis. And obviously keep improving looks along the way. What are your thoughts?

I think is has to do with your facial expressions, body language, tonality, etc. that has to be what it is. When you're in a great mood on phenibut the way you walk, your facial expression, energy level, body language - everything changes. When you feel like you've won the lottery you hold your head high and look really confident. I think that for guys in the 6-8/10 range game matters a LOT. Once you're Chad level you can get away with bad game, but good social skills help when you're decent looking but not Chad level. This is why phenibut helps so much with attracting girls.

and truth be told charismamaxxing is something that everyone should be doing, including trucels as even if it doesn’t open up any doors with women it will still help with life in general and is a great way to statusmax and make more friends and expand your network

I also used it on a first date and it definitely didn't make me charismatic at all. I talked as little as before, it doesn't change personality in my case. The only difference was that I didn't feel anxiety. Usually I would have turned bright red in every situation. After the date however when the Phenibut is in the system for a long time, I feel really drunk and tired every time.

I have recently started using phenibut when going out on the weekends. When I use it I feel like a god and have great success pulling girls. I took it on a Friday and every girl I talked to was smiling, flirting, I had a hot blonde approach me and start making out with me. Ended up pulling another girl back that night. It felt like I had to decide which girl I wanted to bang. Every night I take phenibut this same thing happens. It’s so weird it’s like my SMV doubles instantly and I’m in an amazing mood.

The next night I went out and didn’t take phenibut. Even worse I started crashing from the phenibut I took the night before and felt like complete shit. I was about to make out with a girl but then I didn’t know what to say and the interaction was over. I didn’t have the killer instinct and coolness I had the night before. My mood only got worse and worse and it felt like I was invisible to women when just the night before every girl at the club was talking to me. What are your guys thoughts on this?
