Nah I'm not trying to push some pro right wing crap - it's just interesting that people (not just women), only started vocally making posts about him being ugly when it was "safe" to do so. i.e., when he started openly championing Trump, MAGA etc.

People like Nick Fuentes who are much further right-wing don't have many comments about having any ugly physical appearance even though he's far more provocative.

It just goes to show that people will never openly call you ugly IRL, if you're not seriously upsetting them (or being outspoken against groups, ideals etc). But the underlying, poor looks, is eventually used as an insult. Which is kinda sad.

I'm trying to push the (real) notion that being very ugly, also pushes you into more extreme beliefs. Being ugly in itself is like being of a lower class, or having lower social capital.

It's brutal when you see it, because well meaning people can get exploited this way. I'm not saying Asmongold is, but it's a form of discrimination not really talked about.


For example with HasanAbi, I've countless examples of him mocking people's appearances because of mismatching political beliefs, then defending others (from attacks on their appearance) when their beliefs line up with his political talking points. There's a double standard there and the guise of empathy is insincere. You have to be consistent and not attack people's looks, basically. It's good for nothing, and good people get caught in the crossfire.

This happens in manlets every day lives. It's pretty sad imo.

Yeah I agree 100%. Of course he's the definition of ugly. Just from his face; partnered with the bad grooming, hygiene, living in squalor etc. I was trying to get at why "looks based insults" are used as political attacks. My point being, people should be more careful not to set a standard of attacking anyone based on their appearance.
