From 5.25psl to 2psl within 2months in 2018

In end of 2018 I did the dumbest thing ever and put a fucking clothespin on my philtrum for some nights to stretch my nasolabial folds flat
Afterwards it was red, it looked very dark/black in some area, like there was some sort of necrosis from the interrupted blood flow.
Then in 2019 I noticed that philtrum looked different and ultra big and swollen. It was hilarious.
It could also be from filler migrated in that area cause I had nasolabial fold filler im 2018 as well but I think it was more likely the clothespin .
Here is a timeline of the philtrum, as u see it recovered a lot thankfully
