I have a horribly long phriltrum and it is one of the major issues with my face. Are they’re any good ways to softmax/fraud it for now. Ofc hardmaxxing is the dream but not in a position too do so at the moment

i dont think so but lip lift isnt expensi

I think he can just try lip flip first if that helps. Is easy to do DIY and Botox is not expensive if that is his concern. Is better not to jump in lift because lift is perma

Ye why not try Botox one time to see if gets better instead than jumping straight into surgery that will leave with a scar and possibly gummy smile. If his lips are already full this will definitely work
