I’m lowkey cooked at 83kg at 15. I’ve got a bit of muscle mass but look super fat. How do I lose weight.

Bro, count calories with a tracking app and enter that you want to lose weight. Then stick to the calories for a week and weigh yourself every day. If your weight stays the same, eat 200 calories less. If it still stays the same, eat 100-200 calories less. Eventually you'll lose weight, I promise.

Hey bro, no problem. I use My Fitness Pal, but the premium version. If I were you, I would ask ChatGBT about apps that also include products from your region.

Alright thanks. I looked on your acc and your physique is insane! rn im just doing a chest-triceps, back-biceps, legs split and I dont really know if its working. But im tryna get like you bro, What's your split???

If you're 83kg at 6 foot and look 'super fat' you probably don't have much muscle mass at all. How long have you been training?
Well I’m not like obese fat but my physique is not appealing at all. I have trained on and off for about 3 months but then I was injured and couldn’t train for a month and a half. Now I’m just trying to get back into the gym, I train about 4 times a week
