Why u not train traps?
Natty?I do mainly calisthenics and i dont rlly hit traps there, plus ive got problems with my left trap. Although true thanks for the advice

Usually i was getting high protein and high carbs, reached like 90kg a year ago, then messed with it, now for the last 8months im eating like 4-5 eggs a day, chicken quarters/pork back/ beef back steaks plus organs like chicken gizzards, pork/beef liver, chicken/turkey/beef hearts and to end the day i usually drink like 500g of raw kefir or sourmilk. Now im on low carbswht has your diet during your training period
